Julie Wilcox

A lovely project helping Julie shape her identity, which included designing a beautiful new book cover.

When you're designing for an author, you're not just creating visuals; you're building a platform for their message. For Julie Wilcox and her book, "The Win-Win Diet," the core idea was all about positivity and empowerment. The challenge was to create a visual identity that felt encouraging and accessible, completely avoiding the clinical or restrictive feel of typical diet branding.

The process started with her personal logo, creating a mark that felt friendly, professional, and approachable. This became the foundation for the main event: the book cover. We focused on a design that was bright, optimistic, and clean, using a fresh colour palette and clear typography to make the "Win-Win" concept feel instantly uplifting. The goal was to create a cover that you would be happy to have in your kitchen—one that promises a positive journey, not a punishing one.
